- Part I: Background
In the first part participants learn what are the scientific evidence on the effectiveness of PNSP and what is the legal framework for PNSP.
- Part II: Elements of PNSP
In this part we present models include distribution by prison health staff, by peer educators, by NGO representatives and via dispensing machines. In addition, participants learn about the advantages and disadvantages of models.
- Part III: Advocacy strategy
In this part, the participants learn what to do, what documents to prepare and who to talk to before we implement PNSP in prison.

In the fourth part, the participants learn how to plan and implement PNSP
